Buildpane Creator
Development status: Creator account registration and Stripe test checkout are not currently open. Buildpane's development site is being prepared for a Creator-only test. The production site and live payments are not part of this test. Do not use the test environment for real customer data.
Buildpane Creator is an AI website and app builder. Describe a change in the Builder and use the private development preview beside it to see the work as it happens. Projects use Buildpane-managed development environments.
Creator offer
The current Creator direction has no required monthly subscription. New accounts receive one starter grant of 100 Build Credits and 200 Compute Credits. Build Credits pay for AI Builder activity; Compute Credits pay for development infrastructure. The wallets are separate, and credits do not expire merely because you stop signing in. Where a dollar equivalent is shown, 100 credits represents $1.
Development needs available Compute Credits above a 100-credit operation reserve; new development time is funded only from Compute Credits, never from Build Credits. Usage that has already occurred is paid from Compute first, then by a one-way conversion of Build Credits. When both are used up, development is locked until you add Compute Credits, and any remaining outstanding Compute balance (at most 100 credits) is cleared first by your next top-up. See Using Buildpane for the Credits page, top-ups and the Compute activity list.
Creator is limited to three active projects. Each launch project has a private managed development environment. Customer-owned server connections, public application hosting, and production use are outside this development test.
When Creator testing opens, signup will be limited to U.S. customers aged 18 or older, for personal or authorized business use, subject to the eligibility confirmation in signup. Stripe test checkout uses test credentials and test payment methods; it does not process a real payment. The test setup is not an offer to purchase or a production launch.
Database-backed projects
The Builder can prepare a managed development database only after a current project editor confirms the action. The environment and its preview stay private; this does not enable public deployment or use with production data.
Project data
Project owners control access. Archiving a project frees an active-project slot without deleting it; viewing and export remain available. The account archive and retention workflow is still being implemented. Do not use test accounts for data that needs long-term preservation.
